About Namib Workforce Recruitment Agency Walvis Bay

Since 2008, Namib WorkForce has been providing recruitment and selection services in Namibia. Namib WorkForce has an excellent reputation, built on a commitment to quality, speed and the ability to attract the very best candidates from all industries in Namibia. Our technology is enables us to use the best recruitment methodologies to meet the exact needs of our clients through experienced consultants who understand the commercial and dynamics of a fast moving and ever changing business world.

Namib WorkForce has created a database of skilled professionals that allows for targeting of exact candidates to meet the needs of clients. It is in our experience that the top candidates tend not to be actively looking for new positions and therefore we make use of networking, referrals, targeted searches and social media such as Facebook and the Internet. Thus, we do not merely rely on passive methods to receive applicants but actively source to find the best available candidates.

As a proud member of Team Namibia, Namib WorkForce is committed to always serving the Namibian business community and helping Namibians find paths that lead to successful careers.
